A Case of Atrichia with Papular Lesions

Abstract

|
|
Artichia with papular lesions is a rare congenital disease characterized by the association of alopecia and papular lesions.
We report a case of atrichia with papular lesions in 12-year-old boy. Alopecia of the scalp and eyebrows were present at birth. Numerous papular lesion showed keratin-filled cyst and eruptive vellous hair cyst. The patient showed reticulated
hyperpigmentation on the hands and feet in addition to the characteristic feature of atrichia with papular lesions.(kor J dermatol 1995 ; 33(1) : 150~153)
